Assisted IT specialist with daily tasks. Install and configure SonicWall routers, troubleshoot VoIP, printer, and fax issues, set up workstations for employees, and configure new Windows 2019. server.
Maintained and monitored customer’s environments on a daily basis including EDR, patch management, remote access, MFA, email, ANDActive Directory and Group Policy management. Setup, deployed, and supported new VoIP systems, including firewall and switch configuration with separate VoIP VLANs. Ran internal and external penetration tests against customers' environments, and conducted network assessments for potential clients.
Completed AAS of Cybersecurity with certificates in Networking Technician and Cybersecurity Fundamentals. Courses in networking, security, vulnerability analysis, Java programing, Windows 10 and server management, penetration testing, and Amazon Web Services.
